What to Expect on your FIRST VISIT

After being greeted by one of our friendly staff members, you will be asked to complete a health history form for yourself, or your child (download the forms here to save time in the office). This will help us learn more about you, your life, and the goals you have regarding your health. Once completed, your personal consultation and examination will begin. Please allow up to one hour for this visit. This visit will include:

Examination

X-rays (if necessary)

At the conclusion of this first visit, you will set up an appointment to go over your exam findings with the doctor. Depending on your case and discussion with the doctor, you may or may not be adjusted on this first visit.
