Description: Meet with our holistic nutritionist to learn more about the consultation process and discover how you might benefit from a personalized protocol. Available in person or by phone.
Duration: Two 60-minute sessions (approximately 2 weeks apart)Description: The first session involves a detailed health questionnaire review. Based on this, our holistic nutritionist will create a personalized nutrition plan, including diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. The second session will review and explain this plan.
Prerequisite: Initial Consultation is NecessaryDescription: Receive a specific 7-day meal plan and recipes, considering your health goals and incorporating recommendations from your personalized nutrition plan. This can be emailed to you or included in the Personalized Protocol.
Duration: 60 minutesDescription: Perfect for those who need general advice on making better food and lifestyle choices, such as transitioning to a whole foods diet or learning to eat well without certain food groups.
Duration: 30 minutesDescription: Ideal for follow-up visits or brief consultations to discuss general nutritional tips.
Duration: 60 – 75 minutesDescription: Learn about new ingredients, label reading, and health tips during a shopping tour at a natural food market or grocery store. Bring a friend for only $50 more.
Duration: 75 – 90 minutesDescription: Our holistic nutritionist will inspect your pantry and fridge, recommending healthier options and providing nutritional tips.
