What to Expect on your FIRST VISIT

First, you will be warmly greeted by one of our friendly staff members.  Depending on your goals, this first visit can look a few different ways.  If you are just curious about holistic nutrition and would like to learn more about the process and general info you may wish to book:

A free 15 minute consultation

If you would like more in depth appointment then a General Nutrition Consultation would be what you are looking for.  On this visit you will be asked to complete a health history form for yourself, or your child. This will help us learn more about you, your life, and the goals you have regarding your health. Once completed, your personal appointment will begin. This appointment is 1 hour in length and will include:

Address any questions or goals you have

Recommendations

If you would like more an even more in depth appointment then a Personal Protocol would be what you are looking for.  On this visit you will also be asked to complete a health history form for yourself, or your child. Once completed, your personal appointment will begin. You receive 2 visits with this protocol.  An initial visit plus a follow up visit with specific recommendations and a plan for implementation of the protocol.
